CENTRAL INDIANA-AMG SPECIALTY HOSPITAL
Central Indiana AMG is comprised of two hospital campuses.
AMG Specialty Hospital – Muncie located in Muncie, IN. is a 20 bed Long Term Acute Care hospital; and AMG Specialty Hospital – Hancock located in Greenfield, IN is a 12 Bed Long Term Acute Care hospital. Both facilities specializes in the management of complex medical needs. Some of the medical conditions treated include: ventilator weaning, respiratory failure, chronic non-healing wounds, complicated infections, surgical complications, cardiac complications, nutritional management, closed-head injury, rehabilitation with complications, and other medically complex patient.
Our goal is to return patients to their optimal level of well-being in the least restrictive medical environment. We accomplish this through a multi-disciplined approach that includes aggressive clinical and therapeutic interventions, as well as family involvement. Our high staff to patient ratio ensures individualized attention. Our nurses, therapists, and physicians work with each patient to obtain the best possible outcomes.
